I ask, learn, explore merchandise directions. I want to know about your brand, values, new ideas, and purpose. I learn about your staff capacity, timelines and approximate budget.
Understand
I narrow our focus and explore potential tactics by evaluating suitable products categories and how they will be experienced.
Strategic PRODUCT IDEATION
I present effective and on-trend product ideas for you to consider. I push boundaries and think radically until we come up with solutions you may have not have even considered.
Strategic PRODUCT Approval
We select the more suitable products and how these will be produced to meet your objectives. We align on production timelines and next steps in the procurement process.
Product Quoting
I curate actual product styles (from in-stock supplier network or full-custom options) and assess price points and customization capabilities. We may test and review product samples. Products and volume are finalized, budget is allocated.
Design
We explore different design directions for every product. We could integrate brand logos, new messaging or secondary graphics. The products must align with the brand. Through the design process a personality is developed and collections are formed.
Production
Designs are approved, and products are released into full scale production.
